Fall 1998--Seminar on Gender/Sexuality: Feminist Theory and Queer Politics 性/別理論專題:女性主義理論與酷兒政治

認同政治是60年代以來/別弱勢主體凝聚並推動社會運動的重要力量,但是認同政治對流動與曖昧的本質主義式疑懼,也在近年對本質主義的重新思考中遭受挑戰,更在新性/別弱勢主體的浮現中顯出某種壓抑的霸氣。本課程將從女性主義和酷兒論述的交鋒來思考認同政治的吊詭,從而檢視第二波女性主義在世紀末展現的某種顢頇。課程的要求包括每週書面回應閱讀材料、課內口頭報告、期中中文論文(4-5頁)或翻譯經典論文一篇,期末英文論文(8-10頁),遲交者一律請事前與教師協商。
