禮賓工作須知

禮賓部門就是整個活動的門面,要注意自己的儀容,以整齊端莊專業穩重為要。保持笑臉迎人,並且耐心的解決每個問題。如果做長時間的接待工作,記得要抽空補妝。

服務人員代表整個主辦單位,務必謹言慎行,行為舉止不可太輕浮幼稚。聲音要有專業形象但是也有親和力,積極主動解決問題。

Have you picked up your registration material?
May I have your name, please? Let me check where your session is.
Please sign the registration and I will locate your registration packet for you.

徹底瞭解自己所被指派的任務和一切相關資訊,除了盡力完成之外,也要保持最高的機動性,面臨可能發生的、未預期的任務。

I』m sorry we just ran out of name tags. Could I have your name? I will bring it to you as soon as it becomes available.
I am afraid the turn-out is much bigger than we』re prepared for. More copies of the proceedings are now being printed. They should be ready by this afternoon. Please check back with us.

如果被問到無法回答的問題,切勿慌張或做無知狀。專業的工作表現就算在最無力的時刻也要有專業的處理。

如果有會議場次在進行中,必須協助主持人負責監控時間、秩序或處理突發事件。

會議場次討論開始時,注意發言者的動作,機動的遞補提問單及文具。會議快結束時,接待人員必須確認下一個活動已經準備停當,並準備做好導引與會者的報告動作。

If you have not checked out of the hostel and returned the key to the office, please do so during the break. You can bring your luggage to the registration desk and go to your sessions. We will take care of it.
The bus will leave at 6:30 sharp. Please gather in the lobby a few minutes before that. Also, it might be wise to take along an umbrella as the forecast includes occasional showers.

接待的工作相當有彈性,一有問題務必隨時向接待中心或者向上級反應,以統籌所有情況作最完善的處理。所有相關資訊和變化都隨時轉告,也要學會預期問題可能發生的狀況,先有備案準備著。接待工作需所有接待人員群策群力,團結一致始能圓滿達成任務。
