  2. 嘗試用 3 - 5 個句子summarize報導內容,when、who、what、where、how、why都是重要資訊,要設法用句子呈現出來

Nobody Likes a Machine That's Too Complex

I am sure many of you, like me, have been frustrated by the increasing complexity of today』s machines. They often include many features that we will never use because we just could not figure out how to operate them. This piece introduces the views of author Donald Norman who has written 2 books to complain about that and has been calling for more user-friendly designs. Dr. Norman worries that as machines are being designed to include more artificial intelligence features, they will become even more difficult to use. He suggests that consumers try to give more feedback to designers so that future machines would be more user-centered. This may be a good idea, to encourage more communication between designers and users, but my question is: how do we give feedback to the designers before a product comes out? The only thing we could do is to complain about a product when it is already on the market, and that may be too late. So perhaps a more efficient way to do this would be to improve the education of the designers in the first place.
