\/>\n2004\u53f0\u5317\u540c\u5fd7\u516c\u6c11\u904b\u52d5\u4e0a\u5348\u5728\u53f0\u5317NGO\u6703\u9928\u8209\u884c\u5f71\u50cf\u66a8\u85dd\u8853\u5c55\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u540d\u70ba\u300c\u90a3\u665a\uff0c93\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u6545\u4e8b\u300d\u7684\u4f5c\u54c1\uff0c\u4ee5\u524d\u4e00\u9663\u5b50\u540c\u5fd7\u300c\u8f5f\u8db4\u300d\u7684\u4e8b\u4ef6\u70ba\u9748\u611f\uff0c\u4e26\u4ee593\u4ef6\u7537\u6027\u5167\u8932\u70ba\u984c\u6750\uff0c\u62fc\u4f5c\u6210\u4e94\u5f69\u7e7d\u7d1b\u7684\u85dd\u8853\u4f5c\u54c1\u3002<br
