一人一信,萬延海救援行動

信件內容

Dear Sir,

We are writing to express our grave concern at reports that Wan Yanhai, a Chinese physician and Aids worker, has been missing on or missing around Aug. 24, 2002. We urge you to immediately investigate and clarify his whereabouts. Wan Yanhai is a very respected international figure and many world leaders as well as scholars like us have appreciated his work and are concerned with his welfare.

We are also very much concerned for the people of China that are now threatened by the spread of AIDS which travels along the road of ignorance and censorship. We urge you to support the efforts of Wan Yanhai in making Aids education available to a much wider population.

In closing, we hope that his safety will be guaranteed by the Chinese government and his work honored by the people that he so dearly serves.

Sincerely,
