Principal
responsibilities

Own, Manage and Lead the S
& P division in CCC/HK.
·
Analyze the market for current and evolving trends in product
technology and marketing to enable Dell to remain in the forefront
of marketable technologies.
·
Training Arrangements to Dell Marketing and Sales along with
detailed product information, product positioning, marketing
statements, customer presentations, and other sales support.
·
Drive new product introduction from conception to successful launch
by working closely with channels, development, procurement, plans
and controls, in order to provide products that meet Dell's quality
requirements and Asia Pacific Market Regulatory requirements.
·
Ensure optimum fulfillment through implementation of appropriate
metrics and regular liaison with fulfillment partner. Investigate,
recommend, and implement changes to fulfillment processes that
optimize customer satisfaction and logistics costs with minimum opex.
·
Monitor competitive activities including pricing, marketing
strategies and product direction by examining competitors'
advertising to ensure that Dell is in line with competitive pricing
and products. Liaise with channel market to ensure pricing meets
channel objectives with Dellware growth and margin goals.
·
Negotiate pricing, terms and logistics for product additions with
local suppliers on products to meet local needs. Ensure product
recommendations are consistent with channel needs and capabilities
to effectively sell.

Act as primary liaison with local fulfillment partner and suppliers.
·
Adhere to Dell's code of conduct and employment letter stipulations.
·
Ensure full compliance and adherence to company policies, safety
standards, and general operation practices; recommend changes to
unit or sub-unit policies.
·
Foster a "one-team" atmosphere between all product group
team members and other Asia Pacific teams.
Requirements
·
Bachelor degree/equivalent;
MBA preferred.
·
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
·
Extensive knowledge of computer peripheral (printers, scanners, SW,
networking) markets and technologies.
·
Strong organizational and planning skills.
·
Excellent presentation and influencing skills.
·
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
·
Familiarity with CCC / HK business practices.
·
High degree of integrity.
·
Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced and demanding
environment.
