A letter to a make-up company (Neutrogena)

To whom it may concern:

As a loyal user of your product, I am writing to make a sincere request.  From the latest magazine, I read that a new gloss had just been released by your company and I was immediately fascinated by its beautiful color in the ad.  Unfortunately, when I rushed into your retail salesroom the next day, I was told that the new product would not be sold in Taiwan.  I tried at several other shops but the answer was always the same.  I searched the web and confirmed it would only be released in the USA.  I subsequently put in an order for it through the internet and only got my order after two months of anxious waiting.

I am happy to report that not only does the color fit me quite well, the quality of texture was one of the best I have ever used.  It saddens me to think that your company might have some reasons not to sell it in Taiwan, but I would like to urge you to reconsider.  Recently a new policy has been established in Taiwan that decrees that high school girls can wear make-up to school.  I could see the potential market for your products because of your reasonable pricing and reliable quality.  I sincerely hope to see your make-up products sold in Taiwan soon.

Sincerely
