Letter of initial inquiry

Dear Professor xxxx:

I am a native English speaker, and I have a J.D. (Juris Doctorate, a doctoral degree in law from the USA) and an MBA.  I plan to move to Chungli permanently, and I wish to search for English teaching positions either at a University or High School level.  I can also teach various subjects (in business, law, or history) in English, and I speak Mandarin with relative ease.  However, I do not know where to begin to search.  Do you have any advice?  I will greatly appreciate any help you can provide.  Thanks very much.
