After March 15th demonstration in front of American Institute in Taipei, "Oppose Us-Uk Led War on Iraq Unified Action", a anti-war coalition including more than 30 organization will hold this vigil at Da An Park.

Event: "Gwang-Ming" Candlelight Vigil for Peace Time: Sunday, March 16th at 8:00 PM Location: "Friends of Bamboo" teahouse located at the main gate of National Central University in Chung-Li (Chung Da Street #37, Tel: 03-4271117). Sipping tea amidst words of PEACE & GOOD WILL FOR ALL BEINGS. Employing silent prayer, contemplation or meditation, we will enjoin our good vibrations with those of like-hearted brothers & sisters in Taiwan & in almost 100 nations around the world, who yearn, as we do, in the wake of an immanent war & its devastating humanitarian consequences, for the light of wisdom & compassion to shine forth & disperse the ominous clouds of darkness that threaten the whole human race, perhaps the very life flow of this planet! A critically compelling time to stop, & pray for/or meditate on peace & "GWANG-MING." Candles will be provided, though you can also bring your own.
